On Friday morning of 21st November, bikers and Car owners started to gather in front of the International Convention Center Bashundhara (ICCB) in the capital's Purbachal Expressway.
This meeting was different. This time the riders joining the event donned Bengal's cultural clothing in style, with male riders wearing crisp white lungis and punjabis, while female participants added splashes of elegance in sarees or salwar kameez. Western attire? Strictly off-limits. Why? Because the Nawabi Ride is more than a ride; it's a mood—a throwback to a time when Bengal thrived under Nawabi rule, brimming with grace, grandeur, and an eye for style.
